INTIMACY WITH CHRIST.

TEXT: John  14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.(KJV) 

There are different kinds of intimacy on earth but the most important one is the relationship between God and humanity which can only be acquired through Christ.
I PRAY WE'LL NOT MISS OUT IN JESUS NAME...

The most important goal of each religious sect is to connect humans with divinity. Naturally, since the fall of man in the garden humans were left at the mercy of the supernatural Realms, this is why before the arrival of the gospel witchcraft, familiar spirit and people who have access to the spirit realm take advantage of others...

... Every religion has celebrations, rituals, and activities they do often, to some people it may look like a time for merriments and mare celebrations but, in the spiritual realm, it is a means and moment of creating intimacy with their gods.

For example, CEOs and founders of organizations and businesses don't sleep 8 hours. After working you off in the day time they will tell you the importance of sleeping early to wake up early. But, while you are sleeping they are busy brainstorming, that's why they are always ahead.

... Why I am bothering us with this story?
We are in a season of celebration and this is one of the most vulnerable times in the life of many Christians.

Looking at the pray your way daily prayer and fasting program going on does it make sense to ask people to fast even on Christmas day?
Hmm 🤔 yes, it makes a whole lot of sense because...

1. Like I said earlier this is the time when many people are vulnerable to demonic attacks. People who won't eat your food on a normal day will be off guard because of festivity.
2. Many arrows are actively flying now because people's prayer lives are down due to the merriments...

3. The first gift God gave humanity was food, that's why fasting is such a powerful weapon, God will never overlook it wherever you sacrificed your pleasure of food to create intimacy with Him.
4. Fasting when you don't have food is easier than when you have. "1 Samuel  1:10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore."(KJV) Hannah got her testimony while others were busy eating and drinking. Was she the only barren woman or had challenges there? No, but she sacrificed her pleasure...

Please, don't eat away your destiny in this festive season, pray your regular midnight prayers, engage in fasting, and use this holiday time to create intimacy between you and your God...
